Number of people looking for planning permission and building homes is on the rise

There were 3,524 residential construction projects started in the first four months of 2014 compared with 1,517 for the same period in 2013.

THE NUMBER OF people submitting planning applications and issuing commencement notices for residential projects is continuing to rise.

That’s according to the National Housing Construction Index produced by Link2Plans.

Project commencement notices rose in the first four months of 2014 with an increase of 132% nationally compared to the same period in 2013.

Meanwhile 16 of the 26 counties experienced increases in planning applications submitted, when compared with the figures for the same period in the previous year.

Managing Director of Link2Plans Danny O’Shea said a recent report showed a three-fold increase in the number of jobs on offer in the construction and property sector in Ireland during May 2014, when compared to May 2013.

Project commencement breakdown

There were 3,524 residential construction projects started in the first four months of 2014 compared with 1,517 for the same period in 2013.

Commencements Link2Plans Link2Plans

O’Shea says, “the +132% increase in the number of commencement notices for March and April continued the positive trend shown in the first two months of 2014, but there has been a fall from the phenomenal increases of 192% seen in January and February of 2014.

This decrease can be attributed to the rush at the beginning of the 2014 to get commencement notices lodged before the new building regulations came into force on March 1.

“We would expect this downward trend to continue into the second quarter of 2014 but overall we would still anticipate an increase year on year.

Planning applications breakdown

The number of planning applications for the first four months of 2014 were also up compared to the same period in 2013.

There was a 19% increase nationally but 10 counties showed a fall.

The National Housing Construction Index is produced by a team of researchers at Link2Plans and it relates to all Planning Applications and Planning Commencements throughout the months of January to April 2014.

It also  gives a direct comparison with the same period in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Remember back at the start? How a loud minority on here predicted it would ”go global”, be ”spreading like wildfire” in Europe? How it would go through Irish hospitals ”like MRSA”, How the only way to contain it was to close the borders of the affected countries?

All proven wrong, but it won’t stop them spewing their fact free BS the next time a scare comes up

Or suggest we should take an incredibly tiny concentration of practically water to ward off the Ebola instead of the vaccine. It has memory don’t you know??!

The U.S. government is claiming “ownership” over all Ebola viruses that share as little as 70% similarity with the Ebola it “invented”- patent No. CA2741523A1:

    http://www.google.com/patents/CA2741523A1?cl=en

Quote from abstract of their ‘Ebola’ patent:
“…invention relates to the isolated EboBun virus that morphologically and phylogenetically relates to known members filoviridae… In another aspect, the invention provides an isolated hEbola EboBun virus comprising a nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of: a) a nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1; b) a nucleotide sequence that hybridizes to the sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1 under stringent conditions; and c) a nucleotide sequence that has at least 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 96%, 97%, 98%, or 99% identity to the SEQ ID NO:
    1. In another aspect, the invention provides the complete genomic sequence of the hEbola virus EboBun.”

The CDC patent goes on to explain it specifically claims patent protection on a method for propagating the Ebola virus in host cells as well as treating infected hosts with vaccines:

“In another aspect, the invention provides a method for propagating the hEbola virus in host cells comprising infecting the host cells with the inventive isolated hEbola virus described above, culturing the host cells to allow the virus to multiply, and harvesting the resulting virions.

In another aspect, the invention provides vaccine preparations, comprising the inventive hEbola virus, including recombinant and chimeric forms of the virus, nucleic acid molecules comprised by the virus, or protein subunits of the virus. The invention also provides a vaccine formulation comprising a therapeutically or prophylactically effective amount of the inventive hEbola virus described above, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.”

Come on you goons – red thumb me and start pumping yourselves with this soon to be available poison!! You have already overdosed on fear porn!!!hehe

Its also strange how after 30 years of research on Ebola with reports going back to the 80′s these “experts” can all of a sudden pull a rabbit out of a hat.

They set up the fear mongering process first before they introduce the vaccine. The numerical values of NIAID = 222 and GSK = 222 which is of no coincidence.

For any of you who actually care about facts and reality I’ll tell you about the vaccine

Before the laws on patenting human material were clear, agencies like CDC patented viruses and diseases to stop private companies from doing it and cornering the market on research, forcing vulnerable people to pay a fortune for drugs.
But later that policy became a moot point as the US Supreme Court (And later European Courts) ruled you cannot patent human genetic material. Therefore all such patents are now void.

The ebola that was patented, is one of a few subgroups of the ebola virus, and has only had one outbreak, with a very low fatality rate affecting less than 120 people, Ebola Zaire was never patented.

I just hope they give these vaccine for FREE to all Africans, instead of being widely affordable to richer countries which don’t really need it. Reminds me a South Park chapter when doctors find a cure of AIDS and it was an injection of $150K bills. Then a guy on a Range River went to a poor African village celebrating that they’ve found the cure for AIDS.

Of course they think they have found a cure now that it’s not just in Africa. As usual poor Africans die while the world watches yet run for a cure as soon as it hits richer white people. Disgraceful!
